Cancellation Policy for Hotel DeOro

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 12.pm 48 hours before arrival. Any later cancellations will be charged one night’s accommodation per room plus tax.*Current Tax Rates:Harmonized Sales Tax (HST): = 12%

Payment & Conditions

Your credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Payment upon your Arrival. Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the arrival day. In case of no-show or late cancellations, 1 night penalty will be charged on your credit card

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancel by sending us an e-mail to reservations@hoteldeoro.com with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your Reservation ID e.g. ID123485 if you have one, or relevant dates if you have not received a booking number.

INCIDENTALS :

Smoking Policy

• The Hotel Deoro is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking

• A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy

Pet Policy

• The Hotel Deoro is not pet friendly; we do not allow pets in the hotel

Age Restriction

• Guests must be 18 years or older to secure reservation.

Check in & Check out Times

• Check In 3:00 pm Check Out 11:00 am.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% GST and 8% Hotel Tax
